Who are Reginox UK?

Reginox UK is located in Congleton, Cheshire and is staffed by a local internal team. As a wholly owned subsidiary of our head office in The Netherlands. We are proud to be a part of the Reginox global family and history. Reginox U.K. has been established since 1999 and proudly have team members with up to 25 years. At our UK headquarter we have a sales office, logistics, after sales, purchasing and accounting administrative departments. We also carry large stocks of the full UK range, ensuring we are available to react to customer needs quickly and efficiently, including our stainless-steel sinks from Reginox The Netherlands. Our experience of the UK sink and kitchen markets combined with our parent companys knowledge and expertise means when you buy a Reginox product, you are buying from a company confident in what they are doing and always happy to offer the best customer service possible. 


Our Commercial Director 
Leading our team here at Reginox U.K. is Dave Mayer. Dave is a long standing Reginox employee and has worked here since June 2000. He became Sales & Marketing Director when ownership changed to a wholly owned subsidiary of Reginox BV in 2003, after many years he had a well and truly deserved promotion to Commercial Director in 2021. Whilst Dave is responsible for the overall management and running of Reginox U.K. he continues to support our external team with our National Sales Manager and works closely with the internal departments, making time for everyone and passing on his vast knowledge. 
Dave and the teams that he has been fortunate enough to work with, have been instrumental in helping Reginox to become a recognised and respected brand in the U.K. kitchen market and is a strong advocate of a multi-channel and multi-product approach. 


Sales Office 
If you have ever contacted Reginox U.K. via phone or email, you have probably spoken to one of the Sales Office administrative team! Our Sales Office is headed up by Office Manager, Hope Eardley. Hope started with us back in 2017 and has shown a passion for many areas, building relationships with customers, product and industry knowledge and always keen to learn more. Hope supports Dave with marketing such as our website and brochures (alongside our head office in The Netherlands), and advertising. On top of this, more importantly Hope supports and leads her team whilst communicating with other departments for collaborative working across the business. Our four Sales Administrators are split between two full time employees, Chelsea and Libby and two part-time employees, Hollie and Emily. As our second longest team member in this department Chelsea is crucial to supporting our contracts manager Andy, managing a select number of customers and generally always being happy to support customers. As do all the team, she has an extremely positive attitude towards customer service, always keen to get involved or help other members of the team and we see a bright future for Chelsea at Reginox U.K. Libby is our newest team member and is quickly picking up the fundamental parts of our inner workings, as PA to Dave she books travel and liaises with customers and colleagues to arrange meetings. We love to see where interests and passions grow for each individual and we look forward to seeing where Libby will flourish in the business. Alongside Libby, Hollie and Emily, who together form a job share role, enjoying the opportunity for a healthy balance of motherhood and work. Offering direct support to all our customers, processing orders and responding quickly to email and phone queries, always building on product knowledge and creating pricing alongside our external sales managers. Each person in our sales office brings individual qualities and are valued in this team, Hope is proud to see each one of them pave a career here as a Reginox employee. 


Purchasing 
Shaun Morris is our Purchasing and Stock Control Manager, after being promoted internally from our sales office in late 2023, Shaun is responsible for all stock here at our Reginox U.K. warehouse. Liaising with suppliers and customers on large deliveries all whilst maintaining sustainable stock levels. Shaun is an integral part of the business, using his ever growing knowledge to order stock and maintain an up-to-date range alongside Dave. Shaun is a well liked and respected employee at Reginox U.K. and thanks to sharing a workspace with our sales office he is always in the know about our customer’s needs, offering support to the team where needed. As our two office based managers Shaun and Hope work hard together to ensure seamless working between their departments. It is a joy for Dave to see two employees who worked together as Sales Administrators now collaborating as managers with a fantastic working relationship. 


Warehouse and Logistics 
Our warehouse team is currently headed up by Logistics and Operations Manager, Greg Warwick, however Greg is retiring at the end of March and whilst we are sad to see him go, we will be wishing him off into a happy retirement. Greg has been integral in building a fully functioning scanning system and creating a smooth warehouse function, with accurate and organised stock, we just know the whole team is going to miss his presence at Reginox. Our Warehouse Supervisor, Scott Machin, will internally be promoted to manager in place of Greg, he has worked closely with Greg, learning from his experience and taking on responsibilities in Gregs absence. Scott has been with Reginox since January 2017 and is a well respected asset, we know the whole team will wish him all the best in his new role, supporting him all the way. Martin has been with us for 20 years and is in charge of our booking in process, ensuring deliveries into us are scheduled, checked and put away correctly. John started with us not long after Dave in the Autumn of 2000, he has many years of experience in different roles across the department and our admin team always lean on him for technical support and product knowledge. John picks and packs our large pallet deliveries and liaises with the team in the office on deliveries. Jordan joined Reginox in June 2017 and ever since he has been a warm and happy member of the team, engaging with everyone and bringing positivity to the work-place. Always keen to help out, he supports John with pallet deliveries, Scott with our next day deliveries and with Martin putting stock away. 


Accounting 
Our Financial Controller Adam Oliver joined us in Autumn 2023 and as our resident Excel and numbers wizz, he is always excited to help our teams look more into depth on anything. If you have dealt with our account team you will probably be familiar with Adam, from managing customer credit limits, payments in and out of the bank, making sure pay roll is complete every month, credit liaison with suppliers and all related finance issues. Adam very quickly settled into the team, he brought with him a friendly, pleasant attitude and a whitty sense of humour, I am sure we will see many more years of him here at Reginox U.K.

 

External sales team
Our external sales team is comprised of 5 people, led by Rebekah Tomkinson as National Sales Manager. Rebekah has worked for Reginox around 11 years now, from starting off as a temp in our sales office, to quickly becoming a permanent full-time employee. Whilst working in the office carrying out day to day duties, she also picked up PA work for our Dave during his time as Sales & Marketing Director. When an opportunity arose, Rebekah took the step into external Area Management in the Midlands where she first got the ’sales bug’. After some maternity leave Rebekah returned to an internal role that was more conducive to her work/life balance. However, once an opportunity presented itself, she was soon back out into external sales looking after the North, bringing us to her current role of National Sales Manager which she was promoted to in 2023. 
Working for Rebekah are two area sales managers; We have Mark Baron covering the S.E and London, and since joining us in May 2024 Mark has made a big impact with customers and colleagues, establishing himself as a star within the Reginox business. For the Southwest and Wales is Joe Arnold, joining us in 2023 and tasking over an area that had been floundering for a few years was not an easy task, however under Joes stewardship we now see tangible signs of progress. Joe has a wealth of industry experience and provides good knowledge when asked.  
Soon to join our team is Gavin Green, who will be covering the Central Region, the whole team is excited to welcome a new member, stay tuned on our news page in the coming weeks for more information!
In 2024 we appointed our first ever National Contracts Manager, Andrew Robinson. As Commercial Director, Dave had heard his name in all the right places and Andy quickly became a person we relentlessly pursued. With his unrivalled knowledge of the housebuilder and contracts market he has been magnificent in securing Reginox specifications around the U.K.  
As with Joe, Andys experience is helpful for the members throughout our whole team.


We are proud of our teams throughout the business. From Sales and finance right through to Logistics, we have amazing people doing amazing jobs. Loyal, dedicated and passionate about what they do, as we say over here ‘Reginox make the sinks and it’s the people that make Reginox’.
