  • What can I do to keep my sink unit hygienically clean?

    You can keep your sink unit hygienically clean by cleaning daily with water and washing-up liquid. Use Inox Care once a week to clean the sink more thoroughly. Inox Care cleans your sink unit thoroughly. Apply Inox Care to a damp sponge and clean in a rotating movement towards the sink unit’s drain. Your sink unit will be gleaming again after using Inox Care.
  • Is it possible to prevent scratches appearing on stainless steel?

    Scratches on stainless steel cannot be prevented. The scratches will be clearly visible at first, but will disappear slowly within due course through daily use. We recommend using Inox Care for maintaining stainless steel. Inox Care can be ordered via our webshop on this website.
  • How can I remove rusty spots from my sink unit?

    When used normally, the sink unit should not rust. Nevertheless, brown spots may appear in the sink unit. This is caused by external factors. The brown spots occur because iron particles interact with the stainless steel. These iron particles react with the stainless steel leaving the brown spots. The reaction can be stopped by removing the iron particles. The brown spots are easily removed by using Inox Care. Inox Care can be ordered via our webshop on this website.
  • What can I do to keep my wooden cutting board in top condition?

    We recommend the following for maintaining your wooden cutting board:
    • First clean the cutting board with lukewarm water and a soft
    • Leave the cutting board standing upright to dry; never leave it lying down on the sink unit to dry
    • Never leave the cutting board to dry on or beside a heat source
    • Never put the cutting board in the dishwasher
    • Treat the cutting board with oil (use sunflower oil or olive oil) approximately once a month to prevent warping
  • Can I install an integrated sink unit into an already existing kitchen?

    An integrated sink unit can only be installed into an existing worktop by a worktop manufacturer in the factory.

  • The rubber on my strainer/plug is broken. Is this still available in your product range?

    Our product range only carries the complete strainer/plug units. You can order this under the ‘Accessories’ tab. You can compare the product photos with your current strainer.

    Our product range only carries the complete strainer/plug units. You can order this under the ‘Accessories’ tab. You can compare the product photos with your current strainer.
  • The strainer/plug is not listed in your product range on the website. Do you have more types available?

    No, no more types are available. All of the available strainers/plugs are listed in our product range on our website. If your strainer/plug is not listed there, then you will have to purchase a new drain unit. These are not listed on the website. For further information, please send an email to [email protected] stating your contact details. Please also state which type of sink you have. If you do not know which type of sink you have, then send a top and side view photograph of the sink along with your email.
  • I am looking for a new colander for my sink unit. Which one do I need?

    If you have a sink unit consisting of a large unit with a shallow unit beside it, you need the R1010 for the plastic version and B0401 for the stainless steel version. If you have a different type of sink unit (one and a half bowl or sink unit with drainer) then you can compare yours with the photographs on the website and order the colander.
